Checking that a cable has not been damaged during installation should be done using a sheath test, which is also recommended in Swedish and international standards. This is the best way to ensure that a cable has not been damaged during installation work. Eliminate problems with installation cables for lighting fixtures<\/h3>\n

Recently, several cases have been reported where installation cables in lighting fixtures have been damaged by heat in combination with UV radiation. The lighting industry, together with Selcable, the Swedish trade association for cable manufacturers, has analyzed the issue and compiled background information.
