Standardization work
Selcable participates in the work of Swedish Electrical Standards within:
- TK 20 (Power cables and installation cables)
- TK 46 (Telecommunication and data cables with accessories)
- TK 86 (Fiber optics)
Swedish Electrical Standard is a non-profit organization appointed by the government to be responsible for all standardization within the electrotechnical field in Sweden. All Swedish companies, authorities, organizations, colleges and universities can participate in the standardization work, which is largely conducted through international and European collaborations.
Approximately 800 experts participate in the work of Selcable. Representatives from Selcable also participate in corresponding European/international working groups.
