The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) aims to prevent trade in goods that contribute to deforestation and forest degradation around the world. The Swedish Forest Agency is the competent authority that monitors compliance with the regulation's provisions. The regulation will enter into force on 30 December 2025.

Rules for classifying used cable drums. Upon receipt, all cable drums are sorted and classified as faultless, repairable or discarded. The drum receiver reserves the right to discard cable drums that are not considered repairable or have other defects.

This work instruction provides instructions on how our cable products should be handled from storage to finished goods inventory to unloading of goods at the customer's premises.

The purpose of the document is to facilitate the assessment of whether cables should be classified as hazardous waste or not. The information can be used as support for classifying certain cables as non-hazardous waste. This information only applies to cables manufactured in Sweden.
