Deforestation Ordinance

The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) aims to prevent trade in goods that contribute to deforestation and forest degradation around the world.

The Swedish Forest Agency is the competent authority that checks that the provisions of the regulation are complied with.

The regulation will apply from 30 December 2025.
